General. These terms apply to all orders placed through this website, operated by Maven Nove. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products. Our washable leakproof underwear is a garment intended for everyday comfort and protection. It is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional about the causes of incontinence.

Pricing and payment. All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed at checkout through secure, encrypted payment providers; we never store your full card details.

Order acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

Product care. Follow the washing instructions on the product page. Damage caused by bleach, fabric softener, high-heat drying, or ironing is not covered by the return policy.

Intellectual property. All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Maven Nove and may not be reused without written permission.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question.
