Refund Policy

60-Day Confidence Guarantee. Try one pair for up to 60 days from delivery. If it is not right for you, keep that pair and return the remaining unworn items from your order for a refund or exchange.

Return conditions. For hygiene reasons, only unworn items in their original condition and packaging can be returned. The trial pair you wore is yours to keep and does not need to be returned.

How to start a return. Email support@mavennove.com with your order number within 60 days of delivery. We will send you the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm your refund by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@mavennove.com.

Exchanges. Want a different size? Mention it in your return email and we will ship the replacement as soon as the return is confirmed.
