Choosing Your Absorbency
Super Light
Minimal or occasional dripping, a few activity-induced drops.
Light - Moderate
Frequent dripping or small bursts. Leakage is small but more frequent.
Moderate - Heavy
Larger leaks or partial voids that need serious backup.
Care Guide
Washable protection only works if the core stays healthy. Keep it simple: rinse in cold water after wearing, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, and hang to dry or tumble dry low. Skip bleach, fabric softener, ironing, and dry cleaning, they damage the absorbent core. With normal care a pair survives well over a hundred washes.
