Shipping Policy

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during holidays or carrier delays.

Shipping costs. Shipping is free on orders over US$59. For orders below that, the flat shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Discreet packaging. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. No product names or descriptions are visible on the outside of the parcel.

Wrong address. Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Contact us at support@mavennove.com as soon as possible if you notice a mistake; we can only correct it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged shipments. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at support@mavennove.com with your order number and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund.
