For hygiene reasons only unworn pairs in original condition can be returned. The first pair you wore is always yours to keep.

A built-in gusset combines four layers: one wicks moisture off the skin, one spreads it across the pad, one absorbs and holds it, and a waterproof layer blocks it from passing through. It looks and washes like regular underwear.

Measure your waist and hips and check the size guide. Between sizes? Choose the larger one for a relaxed fit or the smaller one for a snug, secure feel.

Rinse in cold water after wearing, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, and hang to dry or tumble dry low. Skip bleach and fabric softener.

Most people rotate three to five pairs: one on, one in the wash, one dry and ready. Multipacks make the switch cheaper per pair.
