Capacities are measured, not marketed. We publish tested millilitre figures for each style from 150ml up to 250ml, rather than words like maximum absorbency that mean nothing. The fabric is OEKO-TEX certified, and each pair is rated for at least 200 washes.
One honest limit: these are designed for daytime protection. If you are dealing with heavy overnight volume, a high-capacity disposable is still the better tool, and we would rather tell you that than sell you the wrong thing.

How do I determine my size?
Measure your waist and hips, then check the size chart on each product page. Between sizes? Choose the larger one for a relaxed fit or the smaller one for a snug, secure feel.
How do I wash my leakproof underwear?
Rinse in cold water after wearing, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, and hang to dry or tumble dry low. Skip bleach and fabric softener, both shorten the life of the absorbent core.
